This may happen for several reasons:

1.Press the button on the side of the battery to make sure charging mode is on.

2.Make sure the battery connector is plugged into your phone well.

3. sure your phone's charging port is not dirty.

4. protection may have been activated. In summer, charging stations near windows or outside are less likely to be exposed to high temperatures. In this case, to prevent overheating , the protection tool can temporarily lock the battery and not charge the phone.
If the rental is not started 5 minutes early, simply return the battery to any free period: the rental will be canceled and the previously pre-authorized deposit amount will be refunded in full.
