RayoGo ("we", "our" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how your personal information is collected, used and disclosed by RayoGo.
This Privacy Policy applies to our website/app and its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Service") and our application RayoGo. You can control the amount of information posted to social media sites by visiting those sites and changing your privacy settings.
When does RayoGo use third-party customer information?
When you contact us, we receive information from third parties. For example, when you send your email address indicating an interest in becoming a RayoGo customer, we obtain the information from a third party that provides automated fraud detection services to RayoGo. We occasionally collect information that is publicly available on social media sites. You can control the amount of information posted to social media sites by visiting those sites and changing your privacy settings.
Do we share the information we collect with third parties?
We may share the personal and non-personal information we collect with third parties such as advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and third parties who provide our content, or products or services that we believe may be of interest to you. How do we use your email address?
By sending your email address on this website/app, you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe from any of the above mailing lists at any time by clicking on the opt-out link or other unsubscribe option contained in the corresponding email. How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the security of your personal information when you place an order or enter, send or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive information/credit cards are transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider's database and are only accessible by users with special access rights and these systems are required to keep the information confidential. Once a transaction is completed, your private information (credit card, social security number, financial data, etc.) is never archived. Can my information be transferred to other countries?
RayoGo is incorporated in Spain. Information collected through our website/app, through direct interaction with you or by using our help services, may from time to time be transferred to our offices or employees, or sent to third parties around the world, and may be viewed and hosted in any region of the world, including those countries that may not have generally applicable laws regulating the use and transfer of such data. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily consent to the cross-border transfer and hosting of such information through any of the above provisions.
Is the information collected through the RayoGo service secure?
We take precautions to protect the security of your information. We have physical, electronic and managerial procedures in place to help protect, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use your information. However, neither people nor security systems, including encryption systems, are foolproof. Additionally, people may commit intentional crimes, make mistakes, or fail to comply with policies. Therefore, although we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If applicable law imposes a non-excusable obligation to protect your personal information, you agree that willful misconduct will be the measure of our performance of that duty.
Can I update or correct my information?
You have the right to request updates or corrections to the information collected by RayoGo, depending on your relationship with RayoGo. Employees may update or correct your information as detailed in the Company's internal employment policies.
Customers have the right to request limitations on certain uses and disclosures of personally identifiable information, as set forth below. You may contact us to update or correct your personally identifiable information, (2) change your preferences regarding communications and other information we receive, or (3) delete personally identifiable information about you from our systems (subject to the following paragraphs). Such updates, repairs, changes and deletions will not have any impact on other information that we maintain or that we provide to third parties under this Privacy Policy. To protect your privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before allowing you to access your personal data or make corrections. We are committed to helping our clients meet data subject rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. RayoGo processes or stores all personal data with fully verified and DPA compliant vendors. We store all conversations and personal data for up to 6 years unless your account is deleted. In this case, we will delete all data in accordance with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, but will not keep it for more than 60 days.
We understand that if you are working with EU customers, you must be able to provide them with the ability to access, update, retrieve and delete personal data. We got you!
